These small time Verizon stores are the worst, they are understaffed and people come in there that need tended to for extended time periods when they could probably get the same help over the phone.
The same 3 people sat there in a "line" waiting to be waited on and not once did the employees excuse themselves and ask anyone else if they needed something. They were with these people for 15 minutes plus, one of them literally handed the phone off to them with a customer rep for Verizon... he could have EASILY taken some other customers while not directly attending to that person but he didn't even bother look up from his desk.
We finally walked out in disgust and decided it would be much easier to buy a cover for the phone online.
Loved it!!!! T best experience I ever had at a Verizon store. The staff was kind and knowledgeable. They offer all the same service as corporate stores but the prices are better! Customer service was excellent. I will tell everyone I know to go to this store!
If you need something quick, better hope they have it, and that there isn't anyone already being tended to otherwise don't waste your time.
Came into buy just a new case for a phone my wife had recently purchased, they had like no selection for a phone we bought through Verizon (albeit a basic Droid, that was free with a 2 yr promotion) and yet we found only a single case for it, which she was about to go ahead and buy but we waited 15 minutes while the only 2 employees there helped set up someone's old flip phone and god knows what else.
Knowledge staff eager to help... Only place to buy your buy your phone in the area.
These stores are just not equipped to handle that type of traffic, or at the very least they are not trained how to help other individuals with quick/small issues at the same time as dealing with those "extended" issues such as setting up phones, billing, and the such.
