Good place for used games! Prices are a bit high.
Tried trading games and a ps3 in. I forgot muy hdmi cable the first time so he packed everything back up. I got the cable, went back in, and seen a game sitting on the counter that was mine that he forgot to put in my bag. So they where not going too give me what there website said that they would give me so I didn't trade anything in. When I got home and went to hook the ps3 back up there was no hdmi cable in my bag. Called and he said that he put it in the bag. I drove back to the store and it was sitting on the counter. What a horrible experience.
Terrible experience. Walked in and was ignored by the rep and then the couple that came in 5 minutes after us was greeted properly and asked if they needed any assistance. I dont normally post reviews but the rep made the bad experience worth the time. My 7 year old was with us and he was excited about getting straight As on his report card and getting a game but the experience as so bad we were forced to leave and go spend money at another location. We went to pittsburgh mills gamestop and experience was great. This isn't a bad review against the company, we normally have great experiences in most locations, but this one was just that bad.
As we were looking through the XboxOne games, another couple entered and the rep rushed from behind the counter to greet them. The other couple was male and female; my fiance and I are male and female. There is nothing different between us and the other couple, except for our skin color. We expressed our feelings regarding the situation. The rep's response was, "This isn't your first rodeo here, guys. Don't be like that." He made no attempt to apologize or address the situation. He treated us as if our concerns and the situation were a joke.
Very friendly and nice workers, know what they are talking about, and make good choices, love it!
Stopped at this store in Natrona Heights with my son and fiancé earlier this evening. The rep, a tall blond man wearing glasses, was with another customer and, even when he was finished with that customer, did not move to greet us.
We left and went to the store in the Pittsburgh Mills. The young gentleman there was professional and courteous and polite, very much unlike the rep at the Natrona Heights store.
