Do yourself a favor and steer clear. My pants came back with spots on them and they wouldn't take them back and make it right without charging me again. Even though they're just a few blocks away from my house, I'll be using another cleaner from now on. At least have the decency to stand by your work.
Took 2 pairs of work pants in for hemming and was told they would be ready on the 10th. Today is the 14th and they are still not there. Was informed at today's visit the date ready is an approximate date only...and she can't tell me where I can pick up my pants (ie cancel order) because they ship them tp people's homes to be worked on.
I took a comforter here to be cleaned. When I received it back it looked as if it was dragged across a parking lot. The blanket was covered in leaves, dirt and tar... I called the owner Stephanie, she did not seem to care. I took it back to be cleaned again. When I received it back it was STILL DIRTY. NOT A QUALITY CLEANER. DO NOT NOT TAKE YOUR CLOTHES/BLANKETS HERE!!
In the meantime I am still short work pants. At $12.50 per pair I expected better service. Not happy.
