It took 5 visits and my toilet still isn't working properly. They charged me for every visit. I ended up with an invoice for $1000 and a barely working toilet.

Wide selection but expensive
I have used Arnold Brothers plumbing services for almost 10 years now. Never again. This last project took months longer than expected, communication was terrible and i received an astronomically high bill in the end.
Absolutely terrible. Dropped chainsaw off. Went to pick up chainsaw after a month, they had misplaced it. Called a couple times, finally talked to the service guy. He found the chainsaw. Showed up a month later. They misplaced the chainsaw. I called a few times again over the next few months, never able to talk to the service guy. Show up again! and they can't find it. Finally, I call today and ask for the manager. He then informs me that they had scrapped the saw nearly a year ago, since I had not picked it up!! He was unapologetic, and told me that the saw wasn't worth anything anyways.
