Officer Chris Cottone, badge# 1421, God. This officer has some serious issues with anger. I expect he will shoot an innocent. He has no self-control. He even treats victims extremely bad. He is one of those cops that believe his word is the way it is. I would file a complaint with the chief but I am sure it will be useless. Hopefully the FBI will have a different opinion of civil rights. Stay out of this township. The innocent he shoots could be you.
